No, equipment hires can only be made online.
We will accept bookings at anytime, although we do advise to book early to avoid disappointment.
Should you be dissatisfied with the equipment you have pre-ordered, we will happily replace with an alternative item of the same value - subject to availability.
Having played a large number of the courses in Thailand we are aware that equipment can be hired on a round by round basis. However we are also familiar with the quality of the equipment provided by courses. From our experience, equipment is usually well worn, old models and footwear can be extremely unhygienic. Also if you are thinking of playing a number of rounds at different courses, hiring equipment at each course can prove expensive. Our service offers the latest equipment for as long as you want so you can get used to it and get the most out of your game.
We enjoy very strong relationships with our manufacturers and so are regularly receiving new equipment, however we usually anticipate our equipment having a shelf life of around 6-12 months. We are very careful to replace any outdated or damaged equipment.
Any loss of equipment will be incur a charge equivalent to the recommended retail price (RRP) of the item. Damage to equipment will be assessed by an independent authority and recommend a charge. Our team will inform the customer of all charges prior to debiting the amount from the credit card used to make the initial booking. Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Bookings can only be made online.
It takes us approximately two working days to process a credit back to your credit card and as futher 2-3 working days for it to appear on your statement.
Cancellation requests will be accepted up to the designated delivery time. Should you wish to cancel prior to this, please contact us by clicking here, stating your reference number and we will be happy to process the cancellation and provide a refund - where appropriate - minus a 10% administration charge. You don’t, we will deliver to you. When you complete your order we will ask you to identify a drop off and collection point, this point can be changed up to 4 hours prior to the hire date by contacting us by clicking here. Delivery can only be made to addresses with the following area of Bangkok free of charge. Deliveries to other destinations in Thailand will incur a small handling charge of $25 per set per order. With a maximum charge of $75 per order.

Our online payment gateway is provided by PayPal and is protected by the highest level of firewall security.

The cost of the equipment varies depending on the manufacturer type, the model type and also the duration of hire. We guarantee the quality of all our equipment.
You can order your equipment hire in three ways, as follows:
a. Via the simple booking form (see figure 1)
Complete the form with your preferences and click submit, you will be taken to a page listing available equipment that meets your form choices.
Select the equipment you would like to hire and click on the add to cart button.
Once you have finished your order, click on the my cart icon and you will see your order history
Complete the payment information and click submit. Wait for the confirmation page to display. That’s it, your equipment will be sent to your designated drop off point.
b. Via the homepage banner (see figure 2)
Scroll through and select the equipment of your choice, then click reserve
In order to check availability, a form will appear asking you to identify your preferences, do this and then click submit.
If your choice is available it will be added to your shopping cart, if it is not available you will be offered a list of alternative equipment.
Once you have finished your order, click on the my cart icon and you will see your order history
Complete the payment information and click submit. Wait for the confirmation page to display. That’s it, your equipment will be sent to your designated drop off point.
c. Via the equipment manufacturer pages (see figure 3)
Select the equipment of your choice, then click reserve
